At BHATTNER.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order.
🛍️ 1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
⚠️ We do not accept returns for items opened, consumed, or purchased under offers/discounts unless damaged.
🔁 2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at care@bhattner.com with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the received product
- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we will:
- Arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable)
- Or request you to ship the item to our return address
💸 3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Returned item meets the return eligibility criteria
- The product was out of stock and could not be delivered
- Payment was deducted but order failed (Razorpay issues)
⏳ Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after item inspection or failed order verification.
Mode of Refund:
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit card).
🚚 4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable & non-refundable:
- Opened or used tea products
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items returned beyond 48 hours of delivery

- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
